Healthcare Connect Fund

This special Workshop on the FCC’s Healthcare Connect Fund will explore how the program incentivizes consortia applications.  The Workshop begins with a joint presentation by the FCC’s Matt Quinn (Director of the FCC’s Health Care Initiatives) and Christi Barnhart (Acting Manager of the FCC’s Rural Health Care Program).  That presentation will be followed by a panel of health care network practitioners who will provide their recommendations for creating and operating health care consortia, led by Jim Rogers, Managing Agent of the New England Telehealth Consortium.  Finally, Jeff Mitchell of the Lukas, Nace law firm will lead a panel discussion of the legal and policy intricacies of applying for funding from the Healthcare Connect Fund.
