Community Anchor Institutions and the Digital Divide (Part 2)

NTIA, home of the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP), is collecting and analyzing evaluation results from public computer center and broadband adoption programs funded under BTOP.  A need for a shared vocabulary and understanding of “what matters” in measurement have sparked an ongoing process of collaboration with the research community and the field.  Presenters in Session 1 will discuss their work and findings on digital inclusion in the U.S. and the U.K.  Presenters in Session 2, along with session participants, will respond with ideas about how to design and carry out the next generation of impact evaluations.
