Charles McKee is Vice-President, Government Affairs, Federal & State Regulatory, for Sprint Corporation.  He is responsible for non-spectrum related regulatory matters before the Federal Communications Commission including consumer protection, 911, CALEA, USF, ICC, Net Neutrality and others.  He is also responsible for all State Public Service Commission proceedings including arbitrations, merger reviews, access proceedings, etc.

 

Charles has been employed at Sprint since 1996, during which time he has handled a wide range of issues at both the state and federal level.  Prior to his employment at Sprint, Charles was a litigator with a law firm in Kansas City and tried telecommunications cases before state regulatory agencies.

 

Charles received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas and his law degree from the University of Minnesota.
