“Engaging Ideas - Models for Sustainability”

Sustainability means different things to different organizations.  Generally, the discussion centers on funding sources, partnerships and collaborations.  However, organizational capacity, planning and business/funding models are key considerations, as well.  The workshop will showcase representatives of several organizations that have been successful in developing sustainable programs.  The presenters will discuss what their organizations are doing to continue relevant activities post-BTOP.  In addition, the workshop will provide an opportunity for participants to share experiences, explore new forms of organization and collaboration, investigate different programmatic models, and identify opportunities for change.
