Speaker Bios:

Mike Romano is the Senior Vice President of Policy for NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association, overseeing the organization's public policy, government affairs, and external relations and communications efforts on behalf of its nearly 900 rural telco members. Prior to joining NTCA, Mike was of counsel at Bingham McCutchen, and he has also served as vice president and general counsel of Global Telecom & Technology and in various capacities with America Online and Level 3 Communications.  Mike holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and a B.A. in American History from Middlebury College.
